What are the vendor requirements?
Services Providers seeking to gain Preferred Vendor Status with NestTenders should complete the Vendor Registration Package. When returning your completed package please provide the following:
- Copies of State Licenses Required for Trade
- Proof of Automobile Insurance Coverage*
- Proof of General Liability Coverage in the amount of $1 Million*
- Proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance or Waiver*
- IRS Form W-9
*Insurance documentation should name NestTenders Realty, LLC as an additional named insured.
