What are the vendor requirements?

Services Providers seeking to gain Preferred Vendor Status with NestTenders should complete the Vendor Registration Package.  When returning your completed package please provide the following:

  • Copies of State Licenses Required for Trade
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance Coverage*
  • Proof of General Liability Coverage in the amount of $1 Million*
  • Proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance or Waiver*
  • IRS Form W-9

*Insurance documentation should name NestTenders Realty, LLC as an additional named insured.
